Whether you are refurbishing an existing premises or creating a new business park, we have you covered. We work with several local businesses who have embarked on new ventures with the right premises to give them the growth they need.
Leisure
We have designed several leisure complexes ranging from park homes to mobile home sites. We carry out feasibility studies and liaise with the Local Planning Authority prior to any applications to ensure that the project you had in mind is achievable.
Landscape Design
Our dedicated Landscape Architect has extensive experience and their designs are fuelled by a passion for biodiversity. We consider all landscaping requirements, whether it is for planning purposes or to bring new life back to your garden, we can cater for you.

CONSTRUCTION CONSULTATION
If you require a free no-obligation quote from a building contractor, our sister company, Benchmark Group which specialises in all aspects of construction, can be on hand to assist. Our relationship ensure that our designs are buildable and consultation allows us to iron out any issues during the Stage 4 design prior to the release of drawings.
QUANTITY SURVEYANCY
In addition, we work closely with Quantity Surveyors who will break down the build costs to give you peace of mind on affordability (additional fees).
FEASIBILITY PRIOR TO PURCHASE
If you are looking for a new adventure, we can provide advice and assistance on property and land prior to purchase. Avoid the heartache of purchasing a project and later finding out that there are restrictions within the area or there have been several failed applications. We can undertake timely feasibility studies to ensure that the project you want to purchase has opportunity.
CGI VISUALISATION
We offer CGI visualisations through a third party, taking away the hassle of dealing with several companies at a time. We have good relationships with several companies who have a fast turn around if you are requiring visuals of your proposed project for personal or marketing purposes. Fees are dependant on the project scale but please be assured, we will not add any additional fees for dealing with this service.
